Lodging fees for half-board (breakfast + dinner) in Hotel Valamar Diamant**** or Valamar Residence***(apartments) in Porec
7 nights in half board:
A) Single room 790€ (760€ PF)
B) Double room 640€ (610€ PF) per person
C) Apartment (3 to 6 persons) 550€ (520€ PF) per person
If you wish to book additional nights and want to know the fee per day you divide the above mentioned fees by 7. Ex. For single room PF, if you wish to book 10 days: 760€/7×10= 1.085€
Special conditions for children
A) Child under two years old accompanied by 2 adults: free
B) Child under 12 years old accompanied by 2 adults: 50% discount
C) Child under 12 years old accompanied by 1 adults: 30% discount
Included in price :
- Turist tax and VAT, welcome drink, use of the fitness room, outdoor and indoor pools, a towel to use at the pool.
Booking :

At the reception of the down payment you will receive a confirmation mail.
In case of cancelation the down payment will not be refunded! The remaining balance has to be paid on the above mentioned account by June 15 2019.
In case of the last minute cancelation due to medical reasons a medical certificate will have to be provided to the Valamar resort directly. If your certificate is accepted you will be refunded as follows:
75% of the total payment (reduced by administration costs) if medical certificate received 3 weeks preceding the beginning of your stay
50% of the total payment (reduced by administration costs) if medical certificate received 2 weeks preceding the beginning of your stay
25% of the total payment (reduced by administration costs) if medical certificate received 1 week preceding the beginning of your stay
Useful information :
Make sure you have all the necessary documents to travel to Croatia. Croatia is a member of European Union since 2013 but the currency in use is Kuna. 1€ exchanges for 7.2Kunas approximately. There is a currency exchange office in the Hotel Valamar Diamant**** lobby reception but also all over the nearby town of Porec.

About Krav Maga I.M.A.-Denis Stéphane seminar
The seminar is accessible to all the practitioners with or without a technical level in Krav Maga. For six days every person will have the opportunity to practice according his own technical, physical and mental level. It is also an opportunity to practice with different certified instructors of IMA Denis Stéphane Organization.
This year we have the honor to welcome in our instructors team Jen Marie Gearheart, second Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga under IMA, competitor in Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai.
Program:
Sunday July 14 : Welcome, info session 7pm – 7 15pm) lobby bar in Valamar Diamant Hotel
Monday july 15 to Saturday July 20 : Krav Maga I.M.A-Denis Stéphane
8am to 10am am Outdoor
11am to 1pm indoor sports hall

Saturday July 20 after the seminar, closing ceremony
Seminar fees
The seminar payments will be done Monday July 15 at 11am, at the hotel
Fees:
- Whole seminar (31,5hrs) : 350€
- For applications received before 28 February 2019 = PF 290€ .
Remarks :
The seminar fee doesn’t cover personal insurance. We strongly recommend you to contract a personal accident insurance at your own insurance company
The minimum age to participate to the seminar is 14 years. However an underage participant to the seminar must be accompanied by at least one adult in charge in order to check in the hotel.
